Logging In To A Student Account

Getting Student Account Info

You can obtain your student’s login information by contacting your student’s school secretary or your student’s teacher by email. Make sure you use the email address that the school has on record for you.

Using a Loaner Chromebook at Home

• Turn on the Chromebook
• You should see a login screen. If you don’t, click on “add person” at the bottom
  of the screen.
• When you see the login screen, type in your student’s s# like this:
  o S#@loganschools.org
• Type in your password

Accessing Canvas

• Go to www.loganschools.org Links to an external site..
• Under “Parents and Students”, click on Canvas.
• This should automatically log you in to the student’s Canvas account.
  o If it does not, it should give you a login screen. Use the
  s#@loganschools.org and password to login

If you receive an error after you login in, go to www.google.com and make sure that you are logged in to your school-issued gmail account and not a private gmail account, then try logging in to canvas again.

 

 DO NOT try to get to canvas by just googling Canvas. You must get to it through the LCSD website.
